Two and a half years have passed since the waste acid regeneration unit was put into operation, and the ceiling in the area near the acid outlet pipe of the second acid absorption tank is severely corroded; acid is leaking from the corrosion holes. I believe the problem might lie with the acid pump, but the corroded area is not on the side of the pump’s outlet. The equipment team’s analysis suggests that the impact of the acid injection pipe caused the acid to splash onto the ceiling, leading to corrosion; I hope fellow users can help with this analysis!
Is it at the acid return pipe? Is the water supply pipe connected to the acid return pipe? Take a photo at the end to check :)
No, the water inlet and the acid addition port are separate; the acid delivery pipe is located below the liquid level, which is normally about 80 to 100 centimeters above the top surface
