Inspection specifications and standards for valves at the time of leaving the factory

Dear Haihao friends, we need to purchase a batch of valves for our construction site; these are butterfly valves with valve plates made of stainless steel, specifically 316L. According to the requirements for materials entering the site, all stainless steel materials must undergo spectral analysis, or there must be a spectral analysis report provided by the manufacturer. My question is: is this spectral analysis a mandatory testing requirement at the time the valves leave the factory? Which standard covers the factory inspection requirements for valves? There are acceptance standards for petrochemical valves.
The supplier is required to provide a quality inspection report along with the goods; otherwise, acceptance will not be granted.
