Organize the development of new products based on market needs, as well as conduct preliminary research and literature reviews for new projects； 2. Research and development and improvement of catalyst formulations ； 3. Organize the development of pilot-scale, pilot plant-scale, and scale-up experiments for R&D projects, and oversee the process development work ； 4. Participate in the company’s technical support activities to resolve issues for customers ； 5. Track the development trends of industry products, plan products for the company’s future growth, and mobilize efforts and resources for research and development. Qualifications: 1. Familiar with the catalyst preparation process ； 2. Solid theoretical knowledge in petrochemicals, refining, or chemical engineering, along with extensive practical experience ； 3. At least one research and development achievement that has been industrialized (commercialized). Relevant research experience or doctoral fresh graduates with related research projects are both acceptable.
