Fire resistance rating of Class A warehouses

GB17914-2013, Clause 4.2.2.1: Explosive goods shall be stored in warehouses located in Class 1 light-roof fire-resistant buildings. Clause 4.2.2.2: Liquids with low or medium flash points, Class 1 flammable solids, self-igniting substances, as well as compressed and liquefied gases shall be stored in warehouses located in Class 1 fire-resistant buildings. This means that the fire resistance rating for Class A warehouses should be designed according to Level 1 standards. Is everyone complying with these regulations? Talk about your situation
Requirement 3.2.7 for Class A warehouses is a rating of not lower than Level 2; are people following the building codes and not adhering to GB17914? Should we go for the higher standard instead of the lower one, and follow GB17914?
The building codes were implemented, but this one wasn’t! Most of these are level two. Class A
