When regenerating the molecular sieve desulfurizer in our factory, it often catches fire and overheats – does this mean it cannot be regenerated? Does anyone have the operating procedures? Sulfides can catch fire spontaneously; there’s ferrous sulfide!
Agree with the opinion from the second floor; ferrous sulfide is formed during the reaction process, and it easily oxidizes naturally when exposed to air

The second floor is correct. Consult the supplier. Also, if it’s renewable, then there’s a problem with your operation (you’re focusing too much on speed).
I think it is necessary to control the oxygen content in the air during regeneration; nitrogen and air should be used together for regeneration, with the amount of air being increased gradually depending on the temperature to prevent overheating! Is nitrogen purging required when removing the old agent?
