Why is the nitrogen oxide level at the outlet of the flue gas desulfurization tower higher than that at the inlet? ? ? No denitration catalyst installed! ! !
1. Is there a process for injecting air or nitrogen into the desulfurization tower? 2. For nitrogen oxides and oxygen levels, check whether the desulfurization tower is operating under positive pressure or negative pressure, and look for any leaks
What is the reason for the regular fluctuations in the nitrogen oxide levels at the outlet of the flue gas desulfurization tower compared to the levels at the inlet?
Has the total amount of smoke decreased, or has there been some other change?
Provide the test data – by how much is it high?
Which process should be chosen for the desulfurization tower? What process is used for denitration? By how much is the export higher than the import?
If there is a waste heat boiler, hot nitrogen will be generated, resulting in higher levels of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gases
Is alkali desulfurization being used? Is there nitrogen in the alkaline solution as well?
