Colleagues: Is the presulfurization of paraffin hydrocracking generally carried out in a liquid phase or a gas phase? And should it be done with short cycles or long cycles during presulfurization?
Wet sulfiding, that is, the liquid phase, short cycle
Most are wet vulcanization, but there is also dry vulcanization. short cycle
Dry vulcanization, gas-phase circulation； Wet sulfidation, short cycle; the distillation tower cannot withstand hydrogen sulfide
There is the wet method and the dry method; of course, it’s a long cycle – otherwise where would the feed for the reactor come from?
Currently, the wet method is more commonly used; the dry method is only resorted to when it is absolutely necessary
One more thing: dry vulcanization requires a temperature that is 40–50 degrees higher than that of wet vulcanization
