Seeking advice on certificate issues

I have a diploma in coal chemical engineering; I have worked in coking plants for 8 years – 3 years dealing with flame adjustment, 4 years working on coal blending technology, and 1 year on carbon black production. Currently, I am employed at a carbon black factory. Dear colleagues, what kind of certificates would be suitable for me in my situation? I would like to seek advice from the seniors here.
One should keep learning throughout life; continue to study outside of work*, and feel uneasy if one doesn’t study even for a day. . .
