People use PDMS to draw buried pipelines

Does everyone use PDMS in the design of buried water supply, drainage, and fire protection piping systems for projects? Should the drawing use a single-pipe diagram or a plan view of buried pipes?
It would be better if PDMS is used for the part above ground as well as for the part below ground.
The surface is made of PDMS; it’s a bit tricky to modify buried pipes using PDMS. Should the drawings be in the form of single-pipe diagrams, or as flattened views?
Could the original poster share information about the PDMS software?
