Two methods for detecting the esterification rate: The first method involves making no modifications to the reaction vessel (since polymerization vessels usually have jackets and are not suitable for having openings); as long as there is a gas outlet for the gas-phase reflux process on the vessel, it is sufficient to measure the change in gas-phase temperature, along with the change in the temperature of the material ； The second method involves creating a bypass in the pipeline connecting the reactors, installing a differential pressure transmitter, and then taking into account changes in the material temperature to carry out modeling. Of course, comparatively speaking, the second method is a bit more accurate than the first.
