What are the reasons for low vacuum level?
There are 4 reasons for a low normal vacuum level: First: the connected pipes or tanks are not sealed properly. Second: The water inflow volume to the vacuum pump is low, causing the pump not to operate at full capacity. Third: Corrosion or scaling inside the vacuum pump results in an excessive gap between the pump disk and the impeller. Fourth: The vacuum gauge is broken

Vacuum level has a certain impact on water temperature, but when the water temperature is not particularly high, it is mainly the pump’s pumping capacity that is affected.
Water temperature has a decisive impact on the vacuum level, especially when the heat exchange efficiency is low... These so-called professionals from that factory don’t really understand this
It depends on the size of the pump; the standard user manual will indicate the water consumption.

In theory, water ring pumps do not require additional water. However, among our 3 vacuum pumps, 1 of them needs extra water to be added; otherwise, once the water runs out, the vacuum level cannot be maintained. Please analyze what the reason is.
