The weekend is Double 11, right? Well-known e-commerce companies are all running advertisements, and there are also more push notifications on phones. As a person in the chemical industry, what do you have to say about Double 11? Let’s all share our complaints!
The salary is clearly not enough~~~~
Some of my colleagues who participated did so: after placing an order, when the goods didn’t arrive after three to five days, they simply returned them.
Raise your hand if you’re not tempted by Double 11
Without shopping online, there’s no feeling: lol
The recently released \"2016 Double 11 Safe Shopping Guide\" shows that, in order to attract consumers, merchants often use the tactic of first raising prices and then lowering them; consumers should be cautious of fake promotions before making purchases. This guide presents data from the 2015 \"Double 11\" shopping festival, tracking price changes for 7.43 million promotional products that were actually sold on various e-commerce platforms, as well as 900,000 best-selling products whose sales volumes doubled compared to normal times. Monitoring data shows that during last year’s \"Double 11\" sale, 52.99% of the 7.43 million promotional products experienced price increases followed by decreases. Among them, 81.99% of the products saw price increases of less than 30%, while 3.26% of the products had price increases of over 200%. More than half of the promotional products use a strategy of first increasing the price and then lowering it, with some even seeing price increases of up to 200%. Are you sure you haven’t fallen for this trick? Among the promotional products with high price increases, those in the home goods and women’s clothing categories accounted for the largest share, at 19.7% and 18.6% respectively. Women have always been the main force behind online shopping, and these products with significant price increases are clearly targeted at this large market.
