Steel pipe flanges are used in connection with plastic flanges made of PPR material; the standard for steel pipe flanges is HG/T 20592. I have not been able to find a standard for plastic flanges that is compatible with this standard, and I am seeking advice from experts on this matter!
I’m not quite sure either; I think you can check the relevant manuals or simply contact the manufacturers directly
I ran into a similar problem as well. The ball valve is made of steel, with a diameter of DN50 and a pressure rating of PN16 according to standard GB/T9119-2000; it has a coating. The pipeline required is PPR, with a diameter of DN63 and a pressure of 1.6 MPa. I spent two days trying to find the standards for the connectors and flanges suitable for PPR pipelines, but I couldn’t locate them. Even the manufacturer wasn’t aware of them, which really puzzled me
All non-metallic material flange standards can be customized into flanges that comply with national and American standards； Just write it in the description: PPR flange, PN XX, HG/T 20592 – then the manufacturer will know what to do
