On November 9, the Chinese liquid ammonia market showed stability along with minor adjustments. In southern Jiangsu, Hubei and certain areas of Henan, prices have seen a steady increase of 20-40 yuan; in most other regions, prices remain stable as investors wait and observe. Currently, the mainstream acceptance price in Shijiazhuang, Hebei is 2,120–2,130 yuan per ton, while the factory acceptance price in Cangzhou is 2,250 yuan per ton ; In northern Shandong, the cash price is 2,150–2,180 yuan per ton, while in the Linyi area, the price upon delivery after acceptance is 2,300 yuan per ton ; In Jiangsu province, the mainstream price for goods delivered upon acceptance in northern Jiangsu is 2,380 yuan per ton, while in southern Jiangsu it is 2,490–2,510 yuan per ton ; In northern Anhui, the prevailing price for acceptance is 2,260–2,280 yuan per ton, while in southern Anhui the prevailing cash price is 2,290 yuan per ton ; The regional mainstream price in Henan is 2,150–2,200 yuan per ton ; The prevailing price for liquid ammonia in Hubei is 2,300–2,350 yuan per ton, with actual transaction prices ranging from 2,250 to 2,300 yuan per ton ; The prevailing price in Hunan is around 2,400 yuan per ton. Future outlook: In the liquid ammonia market, there remains a shortage of raw coal, with significant reductions in production in some areas. Additionally, rising coal prices increase production costs, prompting most companies to pass these costs on to their downstream customers. Driven by the tendency to buy when prices are rising and avoid purchases when they fall, liquid ammonia prices will continue to rise. It is expected that as the procurement cost of liquid ammonia at the end-user level rises over time, resistance will increase, and liquid ammonia manufacturers will become more cautious, leading to continued stable price adjustments with only slight variations. The Anhui region may see an upward movement of around 30 yuan tomorrow. (China Agri-Media)
