I’m not sure; the flow velocity of the fluid in the pipe is related to the pressure difference and the cross-sectional area.

Regarding this question: 1. For incompressible fluids, the flow velocity decreases while the flow rate remains constant; 2. For compressible fluids, the mass flow rate remains constant while the volume flow rate increases. For your reference
I've also been looking for a similar quick-reference table, but I haven't found one. Experimental measurement is likely required. It is proportional to the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the pipe, and it is also related to the pipe length and resistance; these factors can be ignored in normal estimates. Such a table is used for estimation in practical operations, but cannot be used for design purposes.
It is estimated to be around 25 m³/h, based on empirical values.
