How to handle work performance evaluations

To apply for the intermediate level, one needs proof of work performance and approval for research projects – how can one obtain these things? I work in a private company – isn’t talk about these things discussed there either? Who knows? Could you let me know?

I wrote it that way, but it was rejected – approval for the project and an acceptance report, among other documents, are required, and these are hard to find.
I don’t know how to write performance reviews or research achievements either; does anyone who has done this have any advice?
