Thermometer issue

I recently encountered a problem: there were three thermometers installed on the steam pipes on site (armored thermocouples with Rosemount 644 temperature transmitters). One of these thermometers suddenly dropped by 30°C after some time; the normal temperature was around 400°C. Once the 475 device was connected, the temperature returned to normal. Half a month later, the temperature dropped by another 30°C, and it returned to normal again after the 475 device was connected. I hope the great God Wang Haichuan can analyze the specific reasons. . .
Can the handheld controller fix this as well? Is there interference at the site? Could the thermocouple be checked without connecting it to 475? Excluding the issue with one point, it’s either a problem with the thermocouple or the 644.
