Why is the main unit of the air compressor overloaded? How to solve it?
Is it one of the reasons that the unloading valve won’t open?
The export flow rate is high; reducing the outlet flow rate of the air compressor, in my opinion.
The question posed by the original poster isn’t very clear; first of all, what type of air compressor is it? Should it be a centrifugal compressor, a screw compressor, or a reciprocating compressor? It is guessed to be a screw air compressor
Did it show an overload message right when it was started? Starting the device directly when high-voltage power is not available can cause overload ; Also, during winter, high starting current can cause overload as well ;
The reasons for overload of the air compressor unit are: 1. Low voltage, 2. Unit failure, 3. Problems with the intake valve, 4. Faulty electrode overload protector
Check whether the voltage is normal, and see if the machine is too heavy to turn manually. It is in a unloaded state by default when turned on; if the air intake valve malfunctions and fails to close properly, or if too much air enters too quickly, this can also cause the problem. It is recommended that the original poster describe the issue clearly, including the brand, model, and type of compressor. Overload can be caused by electrical faults, power supply issues, or mechanical problems. If it’s just said to be overloaded, we can only ask you to check it yourself.
