Ignition technology for waste gas, waste water and waste solid beds

Our facility has a 75t/h waste gas, waste water, and waste residue sulfurization combined combustion furnace. Currently, ignition is carried out by placing charcoal and cold slag on the air distribution plate; this method results in high costs and a low success rate. I am seeking better ignition techniques such as those using oil guns. It would be ideal if some companies that use such technologies could be provided for inspection.
Please help; if there are any good examples of converting ignition from under the bed to below the bed, that would also be useful.

Carbon molecule vaporization combustion technology can solve this problem. Moreover, the cost is much lower than that of existing technologies.

Changing to under-bed ignition can be done by many boiler manufacturers. You can ask around the area.
