Problems with saving in HYSYS 8.0

As the title suggests, a dialog box stating that saving is not possible appears when trying to save. What can be done? It’s fine to create new files in the root directory, but it’s not possible to save existing files under a different name. What should I do? I’m hoping everyone can give me some advice

A dialog box like this appears when it’s impossible to create the file c:\docume~1\user\local~1\temp\1.tmp

Do not create in subdirectories; Chinese-character directories are not allowed
