What other features do high-pressure heat exchangers lack? Are they all high-pressure threaded lock-type heat exchangers? Why does it exist on its own?
Our high-pressure heat exchangers also have threaded rings, but they all come with tracks to prevent thermal expansion and contraction; they’re also used during maintenance!
Well, we use ordinary high-pressure heat exchangers for the hydrogenation of diesel and gasoline blends. And what does \"with tracks\" mean?
The support has a fixed end and a sliding end, and the sliding end may be equipped with tracks. Additionally, there are screw ring heat exchangers with core extraction and those with shell extraction; those with shell extraction must be equipped with tracks.
Systems with pressures above 10 Mpa generally come equipped with tracks. The residue hydrogenation units designed in the past also required tracks; this is probably because the range of thermal expansion is relatively large, and it’s likely that tracks are used at the sliding ends as well

Are tracks only available on those heat exchangers with high-pressure threaded locking, where one side of the shell and tube circuit is at high pressure and the other side is at low pressure? Why?

The staff upstairs explained things quite well. However, the pressure here is quite high; there are no tracks installed. Under normal circumstances, it should be easier to carry out maintenance, and the main issue is probably thermal expansion and contraction
