Hello, expert. Our factory has a steam boiler manufactured by Harbin Boiler Group with a capacity of 35 tons. During the last two startups of this boiler, it was observed that once the secondary fan started and variable frequency control was applied, the bed temperature dropped rapidly; moreover, the volume of primary air also decreased, resulting in a load capacity of only around 16 tons. I would like to ask you for advice on the reasons for this phenomenon Thank you!
After the secondary fan starts and its frequency is increased, the bed temperature drops rapidly, and the volume of primary air also decreases. . . . . The reason is that the secondary air increases, taking up the flow rate that would otherwise be available without it.
