How to properly put a newly used filter into use in order to prevent damage to the filter elements

1. Control the amount of material fed in according to the designed volume. 2. Control the pressure. 3. If stirring is used, pay attention to the direction of stirring. 4. Be aware of potential corrosion of the materials. 5. Before use, check the machine’s seals as well as ensure that all fasteners are tight and not worn out.
There are thousands of types of filters; these are just general guidelines.
Do not exceed the temperature or pressure limits. Pay attention to the management of differential pressure. Some also perform a pre-coating process to improve the filtering effect.
