At 3 a.m. on November 12, a pipeline at Well 194 in the Shuanghe East District team of the Zidan Oil Extraction Plant, located in Dazhuangke Village, Shuanghe Township, Zidan County, Yan’an City, Shaanxi, broke, resulting in a large amount of crude oil leaking into the gullies. 2. Explosion at a chemical plant in the Economic Development Zone of Yuncheng County, Shandong Province On November 15 at 5 a.m., an explosion occurred at the chemical plant belonging to Shandong Yuncheng Zhongxin Industrial Co., Ltd. in the Economic Development Zone of Yuncheng County, Shandong Province; the accident resulted in 2 deaths. 3.
