Methods/steps for replacing the elastic seal ring in a triple-eccentric butterfly valve – please share your expertise, everyone.
The replacement of the sealing ring for the triple-eccentric butterfly valve is sent to the manufacturer so that they can carry out the replacement. If it’s a clamped soft seal, the sealing ring can be replaced by oneself; the triple-eccentric design seems more complicated

The triple eccentricity component cannot be replaced casually; if the conditions on site are not suitable, it’s better to send it to the manufacturer for handling
The seal ring itself has holes or other markings; identify these markings and mark their positions. On the new seal ring, find the same markings as those on the old one, and install it so that they correspond to the marked positions on the valve body. Place the disc gland back in its original position, tighten the bolts but not too tightly. Close the valve several times, and after the final closure, tighten the bolts that hold the disc in place. The replacement is now complete!
