If you do your work carefully on a regular basis, there’s no problem even during thorough inspections. We conduct checks every week and set deadlines for making corrections; I don’t notice any difference in such situations

If production is to be halted, it’s best to conduct a thorough inspection, involving team leaders, safety officers, managers at all levels, and supervisors as well. However, the opinions of the workers on the front line should carry the most weight, as they are the ones who know best.
Inspections include routine inspections, periodic inspections, seasonal inspections, inspections during holidays, special inspections, professional inspections, and comprehensive inspections. The inspectors, the contents of the inspections, and the methods used vary. Inspections before holidays are often comprehensive ones, and it is necessary to bring together professionals from various fields, including those in equipment, processes, safety, electrical systems, instrumentation, fire protection, etc., to carry out a thorough, detailed, and comprehensive inspection using specialized inspection checklists. First, it is necessary to urge the inspected units not to relax their management; second, the staffing level is lower during holidays, so problems should be identified and resolved as early as possible before the holidays.
