Can one evaluate themselves using socially accepted standards and an objective perspective when assessing one’s own abilities? Can one explain things to others regarding what one considers impossible or absurd, and respect others’ opinions?
To be able to do all this shows that his leadership skills are extraordinary; he is surely a person respected by others, and people are willing to work with him. -------This is a noble form of cultivation
