I have a safety question: When using CO2 shielded welding, is there any requirement regarding the distance between the CO2 cylinder and the welding area?

There are no specific requirements regarding the distance between carbon dioxide cylinders and open flames, as long as they are not heated to such an extent that it causes a sharp increase in pressure inside the cylinder. After all, even if there is a leak, there’s no real risk.
