Name of the warehouse inspection sheet

I’m a bit unsure about the name for the company warehouse inspection form: should it be called **Chemical Warehouse Inspection Form** or just Warehouse Inspection Form? If only the warehouse is mentioned, how can the characteristics of **chemicals** be highlighted? If we write **chemicals warehouse**, can’t it cover all types of warehouses in the company? If I make two, it seems like too much; is that really necessary? Does that mean that the safety supervision department is responsible for **chemicals**, so it would be more appropriate to call it a **chemicals warehouse inspection form**? If the items to be inspected are the same, a unified \"warehouse inspection form\" can be used. If the inspection items are different, it is best to use different formats and differentiate the table names as well.
But with the warehouse checklist, it is not clearly indicated as **chemicals! There are indeed differences in the inspection items for regular warehouses and **chemical warehouses!

I don’t want to do that much work. The company currently has eight warehouses, containing both raw materials and finished products; the finished products are not **chemicals**, while the raw materials are **chemicals**.
