Exhaust gases are generated during the loading process; the main products at present are: dichloroethane, methyl acrylate, diisorethyl phthalate, and styrene. Due to the high composition of pollutants in your exhaust gases, the costs associated with adsorption and washing methods will be high, and the results will not be very good either. To be honest, exhaust treatment systems installed on vehicles don’t work very well; the main issues are related to investment and operating costs, as well as people’s lack of emphasis on environmental protection. I suggest that in this case, you could consider burning off the exhaust gases to get rid of them.

None of the concerns you have are issues; we have handled similar situations before, and there were no problems. It’s a good exhaust treatment solution, but I’m worried that your combustion products could generate more toxic substances such as dichloroethane, and phosgene may also be produced. This can only be washed by hand. I know of a membrane absorption technology that can recover exhaust gases, but it requires huge investment and its effectiveness is not good.
For exhaust gas recovery, cryogenic methods, vacuum methods, and membrane separation methods can be considered; each has its own advantages, and a comparison of various options is necessary before adopting any of them in practice; For combustion safety, ground torches can be considered; they require high investment, but offer the best level of safety and environmental protection.
