Thank you for the reply! The medium flowing in the tube side of this equipment is oxygen, which does not belong to extremely or highly hazardous media; therefore, no testing may be necessary.
Thank you for the reply! I am responsible for reviewing the drawings; if there are no standard requirements, I ask the designer to remove this clause (as there is no need to raise the inspection standards)

For Class B welded joints of fittings smaller than DN250, GB150 does not specify anything regarding this, but that does not mean that non-destructive testing is not required. It should not be considered an excessive requirement to perform only MT testing on such welds, without conducting RT testing. Since the design has set requirements, what’s the problem with following them?
Magnetic particle testing shows no issues, and it doesn’t incur any additional costs; the technical requirements should be followed. I’m just wondering if there are any relevant standards that require surface inspection for such connectors?
Because the drawings in our company are all modified based on similar devices, and many people don’t really understand the original design concept; they don’t know why it was done that way
