Her relationship with the male supervisor in charge was average, as she refused to carry out certain experiments, which made the male supervisor very dissatisfied with her. As a result, he reported her to the HR department, and HR advised her to leave the job. Are there any tasks assigned by the leadership that fall outside one’s scope of responsibilities? If it falls within the scope of work, this constitutes a refusal to follow the supervisor’s instructions, and such individuals should be advised to leave.

If you want to prepare for pregnancy, you need to talk to your manager and the HR department; if you keep it to yourself, I’ll have no choice but to consider it as a refusal to follow the manager’s instructions.
