Motor housing grounded

Some motor casings are grounded, while others say that the grounding of the motor casing is already built into the motor itself; there’s no need for an additional grounding connection. I’m not sure about this, so I hope friends can help me out. Thank you!

In my opinion, all electrical devices should be grounded.
Explosion-proof motors generally have separate grounding bolts at the base of their enclosures, while ordinary motors have grounding bolts inside their junction boxes. The enclosure of an explosion-proof motor is usually connected to the wiring ducts via grounding wires, and the grounding point inside the junction box of such a motor is connected to the grounding wire of the incoming cable
