Many people are preparing to go home for the New Year; housing should be easy to rent, right?
I hope the price won’t go up; I also need to rent a place after the New Year
Not necessarily; when housing prices rise, rent does not have to rise as well. With demolitions adding to the demand, supply can’t keep up, so one has to endure high rent.
