In chemical production processes, heat, humidity, noise, dust, and unpleasant odors are common issues. Do anyone have suggestions or methods for improving the working environment and reducing the workload? We can share ideas with each other.
The situation on site is okay; we don’t have many relevant ideas.
Our production site is constantly being upgraded to improve the working environment, such as by adding air-cooling units, installing dust collectors, and adjusting the lighting intensity.
Today’s chemical companies also pay attention to the working environment, but this isn’t necessarily the case for smaller enterprises!
I have the ideas, but it’s useless to mention them; sigh.............
We don’t dare to have any thoughts! Every time a good idea isn’t put into action, a bad idea is implemented as soon as it’s proposed! There are few people, we still have to deal with inspections, and we’re not even allowed to use smartphones.!
