What process is used to treat benzene waste gas? Can it meet emission standards?
More ways to deal with it: Activated carbon adsorption can be used, or RTO treatment method can be used.

If the concentration is low, it can be destroyed by pyrolysis, such as RTO. I feel that low-temperature plasma, photocatalysis and other technologies are still unreliable. In theory, they can meet the standards regardless of cost. Many companies do not want to spend too much money and want to solve the problem, which is contradictory.
If the exhaust gas volume is large and the concentration is high, RTO can be considered. The operating cost of RTO is too high, otherwise it will be directly adsorbed by activated carbon.
Add a washing tower. After the benzene vapor is concentratedly recovered and contacted with the circulating oil through the washing tower, the exhaust gas enters the exhaust gas collection tower for dispersion, and the circulating washing oil will enter the oil circulation system. Carry out benzene removal and recovery.
