There is a gas-phase material that needs to have its pressure increased from 40 kPa to 300 kPa. Do any of you have any suitable equipment options? We don’t want to use a compressor.

This definitely won’t work; the gas with a pressure of 40 kPa in the first container needs to be sent to the next container, where the pressure is 300 kPa.
There are gas boosters available on the market that can be installed directly on pipes; I’ve come across them before, but I haven’t used them. You can consult the manufacturers of air compressors; they generally have similar products.
It’s not just the pressure that matters; the volume of flow rate is also important to consider
