It’s not that easy; you can’t just change jobs whenever you want. Many jobs require experience, right?
One should not change careers or jobs during tough times; if one really wants to change career, it should be the result of long-term consideration. Although the overall environment is unfavorable, I believe there is still much that can be done in the chemical industry.
