I have a question: after working in a design institute for ten years, where can I turn to work in another field?
It’s not easy to answer this question, as everyone’s situation is different. But if you post on a forum, it’s surely because you’ve encountered a situation that leaves you at a loss. Working in design must be exhausting, and the pressure is also considerable. But since I’ve been in this field for ten years and have gained some experience now, why would I want to change careers? If I do decide to change, should I still choose this industry? I could work as a designer at a company below my current level; if I really want to change careers, it’s better to choose carefully.
