Complete replacement of the pressure vessel

There is an existing pressure vessel; issues were detected during testing, requiring a complete replacement. This pressure vessel was accompanied by the required installation notification at the time of installation, but registration has not yet been completed. If I replace it with a new pressure vessel (manufactured by a different company from the original manufacturer, but still produced in accordance with relevant standards), what procedures need to be followed?
If the manufacturer’s information changes, it needs to be registered again
1. The original pressure vessel applies for a change in its intended use, or for retirement. 2. Revoke the previous installation notification. 3. Redo the installation notification for the new pressure vessel. 4. Filing of changes to the manufacturer’s information.
Just have the manufacturing factory handle it for free. It’s hard to talk about working as a laborer.
To use an analogy, suppose one adopts a child; during the adoption process, the child passes away unfortunately, and then it is decided to adopt another child. So, the two programs are unrelated to each other. The previous procedure should be completed, its lifecycle finished – in other words, a \"death certificate\" should be issued for that previous device – after which the next procedure can begin anew. Registration records cannot be modified; the information from a later device cannot be used to replace that of an earlier one.
Are the same procedures required if only the pressure-bearing components inside are replaced? But for the shell and core, is it only the manufacturer of the pressure-bearing components that matters?
Notification is required at the time of installation; if significant issues are detected during testing after installation and the pressure vessel needs to be replaced, the original vessel must undergo registration cancellation procedures as well, so that it can be declared no longer in use. For the new vessel, simply proceed with the necessary notifications, installation, and registration steps
For two unrelated matters, you need to inform them about the new one and apply to cancel the old one; over time, the supervision authorities will also ask you questions.
