How much should companies pay their employees as a heat relief allowance during the summer?

During the summer, how much should companies pay as compensation to help employees cope with the heat? How much should be given to employees as such compensation? Should less be paid to employees?
For the heat relief allowance, I think we give around 600 here; we haven’t provided any heating allowance though :L
It seems it varies from place to place; there are regulations
I guess it has something to do with the company and the region

In Jiangsu, the minimum for outdoor use is 200 per month, with payments made in the months of June, July, August, and September each year.
