Given the weight of the object to be lifted, the lifting height, and the horizontal distance for lifting, how can one determine the appropriate crane model? :)
Based on the weight, height, dimensions of the equipment to be lifted, as well as the lifting radius, the appropriate crane is selected using the crane performance charts; various crane performance parameters can be found online.
The theoretical tonnage of the truck crane, multiplied by 3 and then divided by the weight to be lifted, gives the distance; dividing that distance by another value yields the weight. However, the actual capacity of the crane is not as high as the values calculated in this way, as the weight of the main arm and the hook also need to be taken into account. The weight of the object to be lifted is 11 tons, and the distance between the center of the pipeline installed during lifting and the center of the crane is 8 meters. The working radius of a crane refers to the horizontal distance between the rotation center line and the vertical line of the lifting device, measured in meters. The reach of a jib crane refers to the horizontal distance between the rotation center line and the vertical line of the lifting device, measured in meters. The reach of a non-rotating type of jib crane refers to the horizontal distance between the center line of the lifting hook and the rear axis of the jib or some other typical axis, measured in meters.
