Our company is engaged in the repackaging of chemical reagents such as nitric acid and anhydrous ethanol. For the detection of occupational hazard factors, there are no specified testing methods for substances like nitric acid and anhydrous ethanol; therefore, these hazards are not monitored. However, when submitting reports to the safety supervision department, requirements exist to include data related to nitric acid and anhydrous ethanol. During the last inspection by the occupational health section of the safety supervision department, our company was fined because it did not have any data on the occupational hazards associated with nitric acid. How should we proceed with reporting in such a situation? Seeking advice
