1. Income:
(1) The compensation for positions at the General Hospital is determined in accordance with the Hospital’s “Compensation Management System”, following the principle of “pay based on work performed, with no upper limit”. This level of compensation ranks among the highest in similar institutions nationwide. Among them: Positions 1 and 2 at the head office are subject to performance rewards based on departmental performance and individual contributions ； After becoming competent for the position, teachers at levels 3, 4, and 5 in positions 3, 4, and 5 earn an annual income of over 250,000 yuan, while staff at lower levels earn an annual income of over 150,000 yuan ； For Position 6, full-time employees earn an annual income of over 300,000 yuan, while part-time employees’ compensation is to be determined through negotiation ； The salary for this position is over 120,000 yuan after seven or eight years of work. (2) The salaries for positions in wholly-owned subsidiaries are allocated in accordance with the company’s internal policies, and such salaries are higher than the industry average ； (3) The positions at the Huai’an Branch and Nantong Branch are assigned in accordance with the branch’s \"Salary Management System\", following the principle of \"payment based on work performed, with no upper limit\", resulting in annual incomes that rank among the highest in similar local organizations. 2. Under the overall arrangements of the Institute, manage departmental operations, including strategy formulation, market development, technology research and development, talent cultivation, and internal management. Additionally, carry out other tasks assigned by superiors. Specific responsibilities include:
1. Organize the formulation and implementation of the department’s development plan and action plans, so as to ensure continuous growth of the Institute’s consulting services and maintain its competitive edge ； 2. Responsible for marketing tasks; while maintaining existing markets, build and develop new market networks, and ensure the achievement of the business targets set by the organization ； 3.
