Dear sea friends, the environmental impact assessment for Haohua Energy’s 600,000-ton coal-based ethylene glycol project located in Hangjin Banner has been approved. Does any fellow sea traveler know which design institute it is? Thank you.
The use of the multi-nozzle opposed water-coal slurry gasification process developed by East China University of Science and Technology might have been carried out by Tianchen.
It’s best to know which organization is in charge overall.
The general contractor is Huisheng Engineering (China) Company, which utilizes the syngas-to-ethylene glycol technology developed through the collaboration between Huisheng and Tianjin University.
Phase 1 (the methanol project) is led by Huisheng as the overall contractor, and it is nearing commissioning; will Huisheng also be in charge of Phase 2?
