Production has not been going smoothly lately; I’ve listed a few points for everyone to help discuss. 1The cost we pay for just one electrode gasket is unimaginable! 2 Abnormal shutdowns due to management issues consume a lot of resources! With 3 companies repeatedly cutting benefits and salaries for their employees, what should we workers do? I’m a soldier with limited education; please help me out a lot.
\"Safety first\" has been emphasized for years, but \"efficiency first\" is always the priority……
What I really want to say is that no company wants to fail in terms of profitability; the main thing is to avoid taking detours. They save a few dozen dollars on a gasket, while we pay many times more as a consequence. It breaks my heart!
Employees are the most important; it is through them that everything can be brought together. It’s no longer the case that simply saying that the company is like a family will suffice to get things done.
