Why, when the engine is running hot and the expander is in operation, must frost be present for the blow-off process to be stopped gradually?

Turning on the expander is done during the cold tower stage; the formation of frost in the pipes indicates that the pipes or equipment connected to those outlets have become extremely cold. After turning it off, it’s advisable to turn it on and off several times over short periods of time.
This ensures that the entire pipeline and equipment cool simultaneously at the start of cooling, thereby reducing the large discrepancies in thermal deformation between pipelines and between equipment and pipelines.
It refers to frost forming on the pipe wall here, not in the passage~~ Hehe~~
Are you expanding with nitrogen or air? After frost forms, close it slowly: first, to blow out air from the pipes; second, to prevent loss of cold energy (after frost formation); third, to avoid shock to the airflow supplied to the expander (with a minor impact)~~

With air expansion, it is not necessary to continuously blow away the frost; whereas with nitrogen circulation, there is a replacement process that requires slight opening for blowing in order to effect this replacement~~
