The left and right cylinders of the compressor perform the same amount of work; why then is the exhaust pressure different while the intake pressure remains the same?
The reasons are: 1. The back pressures of the east and west cylinders of the reciprocating compressor are different； 2. The pressure gauge gives inaccurate readings
What do you mean by back pressure? Gauge failure has been ruled out
It’s because the back route of the east tank and the back route of the west tank are not part of the same system, so the pressure in those back routes is different.
What is the situation at startup in a system? Consider whether there are debris in the pipeline. (Remnants from maintenance, remnants from construction)
1. There is a problem with the air valve； 2. There is a problem with the piston rings ； 3. Inconsistent cylinder bore wear ； 4. Inconsistent outlet backpressure.
I agree; I think the possibility of a valve issue is higher
Clean the air valve to see if that will help
