What device management software does everyone use?

As the title suggests, the factory uses SAP ERP – it’s a good software – but at present we use it only for creating work orders; for other types of statistics and similar tasks, we rely on Excel sheets, which makes things easy to get confused. For example, in the case of spare parts for pump systems, it’s necessary to check the tables, as well as the maintenance records and weekly/monthly reports, to find out how many were purchased and how many have been used. Over time, this information gets forgotten. I wonder if anyone knows of any good management software that can be used for this purpose; please share them
