Are there any requirements regarding educational qualifications for employees of hazardous chemical manufacturing enterprises, especially operators? Is there any standard support? I remember it required a high school education or higher; I’ve forgotten the specific requirements stated in that document.

Relevant regulations require the following: For details, see the Provisions on the Management of Safety and Technical Training and Assessment for Workers Engaged in Special Operations (issued by the State Administration of Work Safety under Order No. 30 on May 24, 2010; amended for the first time by Order No. 63 on August 29, 2013; and amended for the second time by Order No. 80 on May 29, 2015). Article 4: Workers engaged in special operations must meet the following conditions: (1) Be at least 18 years old and not exceed the **legal retirement age； (II) Have passed a health examination conducted by a community or a medical institution at the county level or above, and suffer from no organic heart diseases, epilepsy, Meniere’s disease, vertigo, hysteria, Parkinson’s disease, mental illness, dementia, or any other diseases or physical defects that would prevent them from engaging in the corresponding special types of work ； (III) Having a junior high school education or above ； (IV) Possess the necessary safety technical knowledge and skills ； (5) Other conditions specified for corresponding special operations. In addition to meeting the conditions specified in items 1, 2, 4, and 5 of the preceding paragraph, personnel engaged in special operations involving hazardous chemicals must also have a high school education or an equivalent level of education or higher.
